Download and Register

Download the Social Protect Mobile App

  1. Open the Apple App Store by finding the ‘App Store’ app on your iPhone. If you can’t see the App Store icon, use the ‘search’ function at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Search for Social Protect.
  3. Press the ‘Get’ button to download the app.
  4. Once the app is downloaded, open it and we can move to registering your Social Protect account.

Register Your Social Protect Account

  1. Sign in with either an Apple ID, Google account, or Facebook Account. This will be how you log in to Social Protect in the future.
  2. A pop-up will appear for you to enter your Pro Access Code, if you have one. If you are part of an organization and don’t have a code, reach out to your point of contact.
  3. Read our app Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and check the agree boxes.
  4. Click the ‘Register’ button to finalize your account.
