Account & Data Deletion
Users can delete their Social Protect account in either the app, by visiting the Account Settings page, or in the Admin Web Portal.
When an account is deleted, we permanently remove the user’s Social Protect data from our systems.
Unlinking connected accounts
If you unlink a connected account, Social Protect will revoke access and automatically delete the associated Social Protect data tied to that connection.
Request deletion via email
If you’re unable to access the app or portal, you can request deletion by emailing info@socialprotect.ai
with:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Your account email and (if applicable) organization name.
We will process deletion and send confirmation once completed.
Retention note: In limited cases, we may retain minimal records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, and will delete them as soon as retention is no longer required.
